We specialize in the engineering, installation, and service of HVAC systems for all types of commercial projects and custom residential homes.  On any given day we have more than 100 vehicles on the road with more than 200 employeees working diligently toward our goals.

Currently we are looking for an experienced project/account manager to join our custom homes division.  This posittion comes with a high level of responsibility and expectations for performance.  Candidates for this position are expected to be highly motivated and to deliver Encon's Service Standards including:

Position Duties:

The primary duties include managing job performance to budget, schedule, information flow, and execution of HVAC and indoor comfort systems installations for large residential projects in accordance with the drawings and specifications.  The succssful candidate will be able to build relationships, have proven ability to manage cost, resolve issues and satisfy demanding customers.  The ideal candidate should be able to communicate effectively with clients, builders and management.  We are looking for for a Project Management leader who is self motivated and driven to succeed.  The successful candidate will be a person who takes ownership of the results and quickly resolves issues tha impact our customers.  Along with the challenges, there are commensurate awards and professional growth potential.

Position Requirements:

Ideal candidates will have a college degree, 5 - 7 years previous project management experence in HVAC or construction.  Candidate must submit to a background check and drug screen.

The successful candidate should be able to accommodate deadlines, multi-task, thrive in a dynamic enviromment and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.  The position requires team building and project management skills.  The preferred candidate will possess the ability to manage the installation of large custom-built HVAC systems for high-end residential and estate type projects for premier custom home builders.
