Wage: $80,000.00-$125,000.00 DOE

Essential Duties:

  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, etc. to determine project needs
  • Deliver project within allotted hours and scheduled completion milestones
  • Plan construction processes
  • Supervise staff and provide constructive feedback
  • Plan for inspections
  • Implement safety and quality guidelines
  • Order the appropriate rental equipment for the installation, and arrange for regular maintenance or replacement if required
  • Keep track of material/orders received on site
  • Submit complete Status Reports weekly
  • Ensure the job site remains safe, clean, and orderly
  • Resolve onsite issues and emergencies
  • Able to conduct on-site meetings with GC, sub-contractors, and client

Requirements:

  • Five years of previous experience as a plumbing superintendent or in a similar role
  • OSHA 30 certification for construction safety
  • Knowledge of quality, safety, and health guidelines for construction job sites
  • Ability to read and understand installation drawings
  • Certified for forklift/scissor lift/lull operation a plus
  • In-depth understanding of construction operations and processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to lead and inspire multiple teams
  • High school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English
