ISI Commercial Refrigeration is a TriMark company, which is headquartered in Coppell, TX with 12 locations in Texas, Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, and Minnesota, specializing in foodservice equipment, supply, and design solutions.

Position Summary:

This position will take a signed contract, enter it into our system, be responsible for ordering the equipment in the system, and getting it to the project on time.  This position will entail working with the salesperson on any problems that arise.

Primary Functions:

  • Transferring sales calls and processing call-in orders
  • Process orders and billing for specific customers
  • Track shipments and Backorders
  • Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  • Organizes service tickets, reviews and bills
  • Collecting and Collating service tickets prior to invoicing
  • Separating, matching and mailing invoices to customers
  • Communicate with service managers and service technicians
  • Perform office duties such as answering phones and assisting in different areas when needed

Requirements:

  • Possesses outstanding written, verbal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Must know Navision (Microsoft-Based Program)
  • Ability to be a team player when needed and  a self-motivated individual
  • Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
  • Ability to maintain, develop and facilitate relationships with customers and other contacts outside the department and the organization
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment Background and Drug Screen
  • AutoQuotes experience would be a plus
  • High School Diploma or GED
