Woodruff is seeking applicants who are reliable, hard-working team players to immediately fill open construction labor positions in Spencer,
IA. Woodruff has an in-house training program for candidates who show the desire to learn and develop new skills. This position will perform a variety of duties such as:

  • Demolition work
  • Earthwork and excavations
  • Place and finish concrete
  • Prepare layouts
  • Erect framework for structures
  • Install ceilings and walls
  • Weld
  • Signal operators
  • Additional construction-related tasks, as assigned
