Position Summary:
Be the first point of contact; generating and training new Real Estate Broker Partners and maintaining these partnerships.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Outbound sales/cold calls to sell national partnership program
- Prospecting research
- Develop and maintain Realtor partnerships
- Maintain call lists and note status of calls
- Track call progress and sales
- Review and screen properties brought in by Asset Managers
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Real Estate License and/or background
- 2+ years in sales, preferable in the Real Estate industry
- Basic math proficiency and MS Office Suite
- Quick thinker; ready to ask questions
- Ability to thrive in a competitive work environment without sacrificing quality for quantity
