ISI Commercial Refrigeration is a TriMark company, which is headquartered in Coppell, TX with 12 locations in Texas, Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, and Minnesota, specializing in foodservice equipment, supply, and design solutions.

Position Summary:

The individual must be self-motivated with attention to detail and have the ability to interact with numerous individuals, in multiple functions, in a dynamic and changing environment.

Primary Functions:

  • Review scope of work and proposal requirements.
  • Source items and price quotations
  • Analyzes promotions and recommends adjustments in strategy to ensure maximum profitability and effectiveness. 
  • Obtains bids from vendors and subcontractors by specifying materials; identifying qualified subcontractors; negotiating price.
  • Prepare multiple bid proposals simultaneously, reviewing design documents for accuracy and proposal compliance.
  • Provide assistance, troubleshooting, and solutions for project managers and designers
  • Analyze and monitor competitor pricing and provide insights to leadership team.
  • Must have the ability to multi task and produce desired results in a deadline driven environment.
  • Maintains vendor relationships through regular communication.
  • Design a process for maximum time efficiency and accuracy.
  • Professionally communicate both internally and externally in areas such as purchasing, project coordination, sales, logistics, customer, etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or work related experience.
  • Restaurant Equipment and / or Foodservice experience required.
  • An analytical, detained oriented person that has ambition to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to read and comprehend construction drawings and documents.
  • Effective interpersonal skills to successfully work with others both inside and outside the organization.
  • Understand and support the confidential nature of the position and all related functions.
