Limbach Company LLC is seeking a Service Coordinator to join the New Jersey team to support and help drive the strategic direction of the company.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Using the Limbach Service dispatching system, maintains work schedules for and dispatches all field service personnel assuring customer commitments are met. Receives requests for service from customers and our own employees and continually adjusts schedule to satisfy all needs.

 

 

SERVICE COORDINATOR:

  1. Maintains a schedule in the Limbach Service Dispatching System for each field rep that shows where the field rep is now and where they are to go next.
  2. Continually rearrange schedules and dispatch field reps as new requests are received.
  3. Dispatch field reps to satisfy needs of the call based on skills required, nature of the call, location of the call, and urgency of the call. Effectively match field rep skill level with the nature of the call while maintaining cost effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
  4. Maintain the three step scheduling program.  At the end of each day, schedule tomorrow. At the end of each week schedule next week.  At the end of each month schedule next month.
  5. Understands all service products offered by the Company and has a working knowledge of what is covered under each type of maintenance contract offered by the Company.
  6. Handle changes to existing contracts such as subcontractors, updates to equipment lists, etc.
  7. Provide renewal reports to Service manager and Sales Manager each month.
  8. Coordinate Service contract renewal process.
  9. Assure all service reports are received in time to be processed according to established policy and schedules.
  10. Understands all customer contracts and is able to effectively audit service reports to assure billable work, and work performed under fixed price contracts are coded correctly.
  11. Performs the payroll audit of service reports and forwards to payroll for further processing per established policy and schedules.
  12. Keeps customers informed of all changes to committed schedules.
  13. Keeps supervisor informed of any problems associated with customers or field reps.
  14. Able to build and maintain positive working relationships with all fellow employees, prospects, customers, and vendors and always represent the Company and yourself in a very positive and professional manner.
  15. Maintain an awareness of credit risk customers. Never dispatch a Field rep to a designated credit risk customer without management approval.
  16. Maintain a working knowledge of geographical layout of service area to make logical decisions concerning deployment of field reps.

 

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Excellent communication skills.   Both verbal and written.
  • Experience in fast-paced work environment.
  • Two to five years dispatching experience.
  • Understand and knowledge of HVAC/R a plus
