Viking Client Services is hiring debt recovery and collection agents
Qualified candidates must:
• have high volume call center experience
• be experienced in debt collections (preferred)
• be skilled in negotiating
• be comfortable on the phone for multiple hours a day
• work well with people
This role is compensated with a base + commission pay structure, with high performers capable of significant earning potential.
Our remote employees must:
•Have access to reliable internet
•Have a reliable computer (until company technology is processed and shipped)
•Live at least 75 miles away from our Eden Prairie headquarters (local candidates can apply for in-person work)
•Live in Minnesota or Wisconsin (for licensing reasons)
Our debt collection agents must be self-motivated, driven to perform, and able to represent our company in debt recovery efforts.
