Job Description:

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT - FACILITY PERFORMANCE SERVICES

Candidate must have prior success selling facilities solutions to engineering firms, mid-size companies, and/or institutions. Candidate must have strong closing skills, sincere rapport, excellent problem solving/strategic mindset, and be willing to prospect tirelessly. Candidate should also have computer, proposal writing, networking and committee sales expertise. Custom engineered solutions, commercial HVAC, or equipment sales experience is desirable. Little to no travel required. This role is salary plus commissions.

Business development activities will be focused in the following areas:

• Commissioning services
• Test and balance services
• Energy performance upgrades
• DDC controls system solutions
• Facilities management services

Minimum age requirement: 21 years old

Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing, background and reference check
