Reporting to the Senior Project Manager of Airports, the Project Manager Administrator helps support Project Management operations by performing administrative tasks to ensure smooth processes and communication.
Duties and responsibilities
- Support the management team on location in administrative tasks for the job site.
- Track, monitor, and distribute report relating to certified payroll and trucking.
- Verify subcontractor compliance pertaining to the job sites.
- Prepare and distribute letters of good standing from unions to subcontractors.
- Assist in the process of applications, document retention, personnel lists, and expiration dates of airport badging.
- Assist in tracking and reporting of DBE participation.
- Monitor and update certificates of insurance and OCIP programs.
- Prepare and compile waiver packages.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years’ experience supporting Project Managers at a mid-size to large company.
- Requires the ability to maintain control over confidential information and documentation.
- Strong computer skills including MS Excel, with ability to develop spreadsheets and formulas.
- Superior organizational skills strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and effectively meet deadlines.
- Experience working within the road construction/union industry is preferred.
