Job Description
Henningsen Const., Inc. in Atlantic, Iowa is looking to hire a Milling Foreman for our asphalt milling division for the 2023 Asphalt Construction Season.  Most work consists of road milling prior to asphalt paving along with some miscellaneous small paving projects.  Some heavy lifting is required and must be in good physical condition.   This is a seasonal position so long hours with overtime can be expected along with out of town travel. Hours vary depending on the job and weather.   Must be able to lift 50 lbs and pass a drug test.   All company policies and procedures must be followed as well as all safety guidelines.  

Responsibilities include:  Managing a crew up to 4 employees efficiently and professionally, Organizing and coordinating daily activities including problem solving with minimal supervision, Knowledge in ordering materials and supplies needed on jobsite, Maintaining jobsite safety, Thorough understanding of blueprints and provide good instructions.  Some computer knowledge needed. Class A CDL license is required within 6 months of hire date.
