Position Overview:

The New Business Sales Representative is responsible for representing selling, negotiating, and marketing new subscriptions. New Business Representatives will demonstrate the capabilities and basic training of the iSqFt product via online demonstrations (Go-to-Meetings).

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Leverage consultative/solution based selling technique to position the iSqFt value proposition to potential customers. 
  • Perform high volume cold calls provided lists, targeted accounts, follow up to outbound campaigns and responses to campaigns.
  • Creatively prospect and deliver the iSqFt product value proposition to prospects using multiple vehicles (i.e. outbound calls, social media, email, etc)
  • Input and manage prospect and customer data using SalesForce.com.
  • Engage in the development of market and sales plans for the i4S sales team.
  • Demonstrate a passion for continuous learning and sales training through continuous participation in training.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has the ability to leverage technology and social media in prospecting efforts
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Knowledge of consultative sales techniques
  • Is tenacious in effort and easily overcome objections

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or other business related field, preferred
  • Knowledge of professional selling methodology and technique, preferred
  • Excellent communication skills

Physical Demand and Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the team member is required to walk; sit; type on computer keyboard; talk or hear; answer telephone; look at computer screen. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment can be high at times.
