A sales representative will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

 

Job Summary

A Sales manager plays a key role in sharing information about our company services.
 EH&D sales managers are responsible for finding and engaging with new customers through referrals, networking, cold calling etc…  Sales managers are required to grow our client portfolio and open new markets. EH&D sales managers must maintain the relationships with our existing customer’s base through visits, meetings, check-up calls, emails, etc.

Candidate must be proactive, frustration-tolerant, and focused on results.

 Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Understanding customer needs and offer the right solution and support
  • Negotiating Contracts
  • Multiple outbound calls to potential and existing clients
  • Deliver customized, targeted sales strategies
  • Maintain call and emails records.
  • Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
  • Create and maintain a list/database of prospect clients
  • Meet all company quotas
  • Generation Leads
  • Meeting or Exceeding sales goals
  • Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs
  • Understanding and promoting company programs
  • Obtaining punctual payments from clients
  • Close sales
  • Maintaining a warm relationship with clients after closing a sale
  • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote services
  • Answering client questions about credit terms, services, prices and availability
