Position Summary:

Responsible for interior and/or exterior reconstruction of multi-family properties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Read  and understand project blueprints (a plus)
• Work with building materials such as wood, drywall, stucco, concrete, sheet metal &    roofing products.
• Knowledgeable in wall, roof, stair framing, all aspects of rough and finish carpentry.
•                 Knowledgeable to install drywall , tape and texture to match existing conditions
• Utilize varies hand tools and power tools, to repair and erect structures.
• Join materials with nails, screws, staples, or adhesives.
• Work off  ladders, scaffolding
• Knowledgeable of building code and specifications.
•                Use levels,  plumb bobs, framing squares, and or power instruments  to ensure accuracy
• Install cabinets and trims, baseboards, crown molding etc.
• Install interior and exterior doors, sliding glass doors and windows.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)

• Ability to follow directions and meet deadlines, reliable, dependable, excellent communication skills, problem solver, Team Player, positive and helpful attitude.
• High School Diploma or GED
• A minimum of 3-4 years’ experience
• Must provide own tools
• Ability to install waterproofing , lath , stucco
• Must be able to multitask
• Plumbing and Electrical, concrete, roofing  experience is a plus
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions and must be prepared for both extreme and heat and cold.

Must provide own tools and have reliable transportation- Pickup Truck (with racks)
