We are actively seeking an Application Support Analyst to join our Information Technology Department to provide application support and administration for marketing technology. This position can be located in Atlanta or Charlotte.  

Description:

Our Application Support Analyst has an in-depth understanding of application support and marketing processes and provides guidance for continual improvement.  They work closely with internal Marketing/Communication and Business Development teams to support their technological needs.  

General Duties & Responsibilities (including but not limited to):    

  • Provide application support for assigned applications
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal departments and external technology partners 
  • Provide system administration for assigned applications including but not limited to user and content management 
  • Track new features and update cycles for assigned applications
  • Advise and educate end users on the capabilities and use of assigned applications
  • Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new technology
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and maintain knowledge base articles for assigned applications
  • Oversee software integrations for assigned applications

 Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 3 year's experience or comparable combination of education and experience
  • Prior experience supporting or administering customer relationship management and digital asset management applications (Unanet, and/or OpenAsset) preferred.   
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Wrike, or similar marketing application desired
  • Construction or similar industry experience a plus
  • Prior experience in application support or similar technical role
  • Ability to create and  maintain technical documents and provide end user technical guidance/training 
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Travel to other office locations as needed (< 25%)
