What You Will Do: As a Sr. Project Manager / Project Manager, you will plan, direct, and coordinate all project activities to ensure that projects are accomplished within the prescribed time frames and budgets. You will also lead, coordinate and delegate work to multiple work teams working in multiple locations; formulate, track and meet project budgets and schedules; manage multiple projects; maintain open and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders; prepare or coordinate preparation of all project correspondence and documentation; identify new projects; and market to and secure work from new and existing clients. You may also provide consulting city engineering services. Depending on your experience, you may also formulate approach to projects and lead the proposal process.

What You Will Bring: The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited school, registration as a professional engineer in Minnesota (or the ability to obtain Minnesota registration within six months) and 8+ years municipal experience. Our preferred candidate would have experience in managing municipal projects, clients and staff in central Minnesota.
