POSITION TITLE: HVAC & Retrofit Sales
PAYRATE: Commission (10%) - Earn upwards of $50-100K
EMPLOYMENT STATUS: 20-40hr/week
LOCATION: Vacaville, CA
Position Summary:
Progressive Add-On, Replacement Retrofit Company seeks professional account executive to manage and grow existing sales territory specializing in HVAC equipment and accessory products. Successful candidate must be highly organized and possess an aptitude for and understanding of mechanical products and contracting businesses. Knowledge of HVAC and applications is very helpful. Account Executive will cultivate relationships and call on residential and commercial customers promoting our full line of heating and air conditioning equipment, air filtration products, air handling products, thermal insulation, and a variety of accessories
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Close Sales with pre-qualified homeowners
- Homeowner presentations
- Educate on available rates
- Educate on HVAC products and add-ons
- Ability to evaluate the residence
- Calculate the necessary replacement or add-on equipment
- Communicate adjustments to customer and office on written proposal
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid CA Driver’s License/ Clean DMV Record
- Punctual
- Dependable
- Great Communication Skills
- People Skills
- Self- Starter
- Neat and Professional appearance
- Must be available weekends and some late afternoons
- 2 years minimum of HVAC or related, Sales Experience
Compensation
- Commission (10%)- Earn upwards of $50-100K
