Schlouch Inc. has been Eastern PA’s leading site/civil contractor since 1983 and is still growing! We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a reliable person to join our team as a Pipe Crew Excavator Operator.

Responsibilities:

• Understand pipe work and material, water, storm and sanitary
• Know the limitations and capabilities of a pipe crew excavator
• Work independently and as a member of a crew on active job sites; residential, commercial and roadways
• Perform manual labor such as shoveling, regularly lifting heavy objects, using hand/power tools
• Understand and follow OSHA regulations   

Requirements:

• Understand basic math, use hand/power tools
• Willing to work and travel to job sites in a 75 mile radius around Reading, PA
• Ability to Lift 50+ Pounds Required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required 
• Mentoring and training will be provided to the ideal candidate

Compensation:  

• Salary Range: $24.50 to $33.00 per hour based on skill level
