Role and Responsibilities

  • Convert incoming customer calls into booked service appointments.
  • Perform customer follow-up calls.
  • Evaluate customer calls and assign the best technician to each service appointment.
  • Respond to customer requests and resolve issues with 1st call resolution. 
  • Adapt daily to business needs and adjust schedule accordingly.
  • Participate in training to boost booked calls and practice outbound calling.
  • Maintain and update customer database with complete and accurate information.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Experience

  • 1+ years of customer service
  • Service Titan experience a plus
