Control Air Conditioning Corporation is looking for an experienced Administration Assistant/Supervisor who can immediately join our Service Company at our headquarters in Anaheim, California. We are looking for an exceptional person with 2-5 years of experience (a Bachelor’s Degree a plus in any field but not a requirement) to work in our professional office environment. Skills required include the following: excellent customer service and relationship skill, high level of both verbal and written communication skills, computer literacy (Windows, MS Office, Excel, Outlook), highly organized, good planner and critical thinker with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once while maintaining high level of professionalism and mentorship. Must be a great team player with the ability to lead by example and desire opportunity to grow.
Responsibilities and skills needed:
- Maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
- Ability to multi-task is essential. Must be capable of maintaining focus and composure in the midst of changing deadlines and priorities.
- Maintain a high sense of urgency and follow through.
- Numerical and analytical skills.
- Provide and facilitate interface between sales, customer service and field operations.
- Computer skills – strong in Microsoft Excel (creating spreadsheets with formulas and lookup functions) as well as Microsoft Word.
- Must have excellent attention to detail.
- Help create and support a positive work environment.
- Must have the ability to professionally communicate both verbally and in writing to competently transmit and receive correspondence from our customers.
- Data entry and document management.
- Learn all software programs utilized in the day-to-day business operations of the company.
- Other duties as assigned.
