Tri-City Fire Protection is currently seeking a Fire Protection Sprinkler Fitter in Davenport, IA.

Main duties:

  • Lead assigned projects and apprentice team members to ensure that all deadlines are met with regard to installation, service, and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems for customers. 
  • Layout and install fire protection systems
  • Measure and mark pipes for cutting and threading
  • Modify current sprinkler systems

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Sprinkler Fitter
  • Prior experience managing construction projects
  • Excellent communication skills verbal, and written
  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Track record of success completing projects on schedule
  • Preferred: Foreman/Journeyman Level - through National local 669
  • Lifting 50+ lbs.
  • Work on ladders and elevated surfaces
  • Work in small spaces
  • Work in a fast-paced, construction environment
  • Must be 18 years old
  • Ability to travel
