Job Summary: The Finance & Accounting department is searching for a detail-oriented, analytical professional to handle Accounts Receivable (AR) while assisting other areas of accounting, particularly Accounts Receivable and Commission.

To be successful, the candidate must have a high attention to detail, excellent organizational and record keeping skills, as well as a willingness to work with members of other teams and those in accounting.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Receivable (AR) Collection daily
  • Research discrepancies and unidentified deposits.
  • Generate timely reports and statements for internal and customer use.
  • Manage AR aging report and collect past due balances.
  • Generate reports and statements for internal and customer use.
  • Cash Management
  • Research and resolve account discrepancies.
  • Commission monthly advance
  • Commission quarterly
  •  

Secondary Duties and Responsibilities as Backup:

  • All other duties as assigned.

Software:

  • MS Office (extensive knowledge in Excel)

Supervisory Responsibilities:

No supervisory responsibilities for this position.

Required Education and Experience

  • At least five (5) years of accounts receivable and collections.
  • AA degree in Accounting or equivalent experience; Working knowledge of accounting principles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
