Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing control systems for our customer’s manufacturing processes, as well as troubleshooting and maintaining existing control systems.

Work Schedule & Hours: Mon-Fri 8 am-4:30/5 pm

Work Location: 6615 W State Ave, Glendale, AZ

Salary: Based on Experience; $55,000 to $110,000

Tasks and accountabilities:

Develop Control Strategies

  • Design and develop control systems, including PLC and HMI programming, for our customer’s processes.
  • Collaborate with other engineers and cross-functional teams to integrate control systems with other equipment and systems.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for control systems, including design specifications, user manuals, and maintenance procedures

Supervise Design Activities

  • Acts as a resource to provide direction to the CAD staff and set drawing production schedule.
  • Generating and testing new ideas.
  • Supervising projects.

Programming

  • PLC and HMI programming.
  • SCADA development and implementation.

Panel Testing/ FAT Test

  • Generating and reviewing testing documents.
  • Preform primary Fat.
  • Execute FAT Testing.

Assist with site start-up

  • Create and test preliminary loop check documents.
  • Preform loop checks and site start-up with customer.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain existing control systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
