Location: Northwest OH market
Compensation:
- Salary 40K-45K based on skill and experience

Required Experience:
- Progressively responsible in retail (1-2 years)
- Managing teams through leadership and coaching (2-3 years)
- Multi-unit and retail management experience required (2-3 years)
- Salon management experience is a plus.
- Licensed hair stylist (preferred)
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to manage the overall operations of multiple salons independently.
- Ability to provide functional expertise and execute functional responsibilities.
- Ability to set goals for the work group, developing organizational capability, and model teamwork.
- Ability to provide employees with coaching, feedback, developmental opportunities and build effective teams.
- Ability to utilize and demonstrate effective leadership principles and practices to create an environment where employees are valued and respected.
- Ability to lead by example and follow sales process to fully execute each step and ensure extraordinary customer experiences.
- Knowledge of retail industry operations
