Control Air Conditioning Corporation is looking for an organized individual with an Accounting degree and 5-7 years of construction accounting-related work experience to join the Accounting team in our Anaheim headquarters.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Bank reconciliations

  • Journal-entry preparation

  • Fixed assets

  • Percentage completion job schedules

  • Financial statement preparation

  • Quarterly sales and use tax returns

  • Balance investment portfolios

  • Various special projects

  • Learn all software programs utilized in the day-to-day business operations of the company.

Required Characteristics:

  • Must have a strong work ethic and exhibit analytical abilities.

  • Must be an excellent listener and possess strong communication skills.

  • Must be organized and able to multi-task.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of construction accounting-related work experience.

  • Expert using Excel preferred.

  • Experience with Sage/Timberline software a big plus.
