Job Description: 

Plans and lays out the needed routing, placement, slant, pitch, incline, elevation & slope and fall of sewage, water, steam, and gas distribution systems and equipment. The person must know how to plan, layout and install a complete water, steam, air and vacuum and gas supply system, including equipment installation along with valves, regulators, expansion joints, condensate and circulating pumps and other controlling or regulating devices, including the routing, slope, slant, levels location of arrangement of the various control points. Etc. Must be able to weld, solder & braze. Must be able to fit all types of metal and plastic pipe and fittings. Must be willing to perform all other duties as assigned.

Work hours: 7:00am – 3:30pm – Monday through Friday and some overtime

Abilities/Skills/Knowledge Required by Position:

General maintenance of commercial small equipment 

Minimum age requirement: 20 years old

Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing, background and reference checks
