Salary Range $90,000 - $115,000 - DOE
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team and lead strategic initiatives within the energy or utility sector. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in steering projects towards success by utilizing strong leadership skills, fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will be committed to excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Strategic Leadership: Lead and manage strategic-level projects, ensuring alignment with the company's mission, vision, and values.

Committee Oversight: Oversee the Planning Committee for infrastructure-related projects and guide the Rate Implementation Committee to ensure effective decision-making and project success.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout project lifecycles.

Mission Alignment: Ensure that projects align with Trico Electric Cooperative's overarching goals and contribute to our commitment to excellence.

Reporting and Accountability: Report directly to the CEO/General Manager, providing updates on project status, challenges, and successes, ensuring transparency and accountability.

- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the energy or utility sector.
