GeoSurfaces Southeast is one of the country's top, award winning, athletic surface builders and we are looking for a CDL Driver/ Warehouse Operator to join our team. We specialize in the installation of artificial turf fields and rubber running tracks. We are a well-established company that has maintained success for 27 years in this industry. • Ensure warehouse, building and grounds are kept clean and organized
• Must be able to drive manual
• Complete maintenance and repairs on equipment so that they are ready for service. Schedule equipment in and out of service as needed. Need experience with repairing and maintaining heavy equipment and light duty trucks and trailers.
• Develop, schedule and keep maintenance/repair records on equipment. Keep files on equipment to keep track of parts for future purchasing
• Make deliveries to job sites as needed (primarily NC and SC)
• Assist in loading and unloading of material
• Re-order stock items as required (ex: glue, hotmelt, seam tape,...)
• Assist installation crews in staging equipment prior to jobs and return of equipment and restocking of inventory items after jobs.
• Assist installation crews on job in any way and as needed
• Perform punch list work as needed to assist Installation Manager
• Perform customer repairs and maintenance as needed
• Safety is the highest priority. Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times.
• CDL, Class A License is required, at least one-year experience
• This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday and some weekend work is required as needed
• $1,000 signing bonus paid at 6 months of employment
