Adkins Electric, Inc., A Norlee Company, is looking for a highly motivated Electrical Project Manager in the Jacksonville, FL area to join our team. As a member of our project management team, you will oversee all aspects of assigned commercial projects from commencement to completion.  You will manage these projects in a manner that exceeds our customers’ expectations and ensures that our work adheres to all company safety policies and OSHA mandated requirements.  

We are currently offering a full-time salary of $80K-$104K (based on experience) annually for the Electrical Project Manager position, Monday through Friday.

 What this Role will Do:

  • Manage all financial aspects of projects through ongoing job forecasting.
  • Regular and consistent professional communication with contractors.
  • Negotiate and resolve all customer concerns.
  • Weekly and regular job-site visits.
  • Set goals and expectations to foreman.
  • Manage project schedules to complete projects on time and within budget.
  • Material acquisitions and manage logistics of materials.
  • Manage Manpower needs (hiring of field employees and subcontracted labor)
  • Compose Project Change Orders and issue purchase orders.
  • Submit project RFI’s
  • Submittal of Contractor Pay Applications.

You’ll be a great fit if:

  • 3+ years of strong experience managing multiple projects in Multi-Family Electrical Construction.
  • Experience working with subcontracted labor.
  • Prior experience in electrical estimating.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, computer skills (Accubid and PlanGrid preferred), and excellent communication skills.
