Requirements / Job Duties for the Customer Experience Team:

  • Using phone-communication skills for inbound and outbound call support with heavy volume. This is the majority of the role.
  • Managing and helping our customers needs in emergency situations
  • Working closely with your team to be successful together
  • Having enthusiasm!
  • Having passion for helping people
  • Communicating and understanding customer concern
  • Scheduling and booking service calls
  • Being a part of a really, really great team environment
  • Being comfortable on the telephone and love customer service
  • Having a company to grow with and work passionately for. Everyone here is a very hard worker.
  • Training continuously and learning as we grow
