Your Role: As the Energy Solutions Program Manager, you will be at the forefront of our sustainability initiatives. You will manage the design, development, and implementation of our sustainable energy programs, ensuring they align with Trico’s vision and mission. This is your chance to make a significant impact and help shape the future of energy!
What You’ll Do:
- Innovate and Lead: Develop, implement, and administer sustainable energy programs for residential and commercial members.
- Strategize and Recommend: Create strategic policies and recommendations for program design and rates.
- Provide Technical Expertise: Guide project teams, review technical specifications, conduct site visits, and troubleshoot issues to ensure top-quality project delivery.
- Research and Analyze: Lead the analysis of sustainable energy solutions, including customer segmentation, technical feasibility, risk assessment, and regulatory strategy.
- Educate and Engage: Develop compelling educational content to inform and engage our members about sustainable energy programs.
- Collaborate: Work closely with various departments to recruit members into our programs and drive our sustainability initiatives.
- Track and Report: Maintain comprehensive reports of forecasts, key performance indicators, and metrics.
- Ensure Compliance: Stay informed about interconnection requirements, regulations, and tariffs to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Represent Trico: Attend and represent Trico at industry events, public committees, and governmental agencies.
- Support Members: Address member and contractor inquiries regarding our programs.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong technical background in renewable energy technologies and sustainable energy solutions.
- Proven project management skills with a track record of leading successful projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and inspire our members.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as PowerClerk.
