Summary:
The Warehouse Manager will oversee the facility as both the lead manager onsite and main customer contact. Responsibilities include managing expectations within customer service level agreements, managing and coordinating the paint and logistics operations of the facility. This position manages all department activities, by providing guidance, knowledge and direction for the department including monitoring employee performance and adherence to policy.
Primary Job Duties:
- Meets Customer Production and Delivery.
- Insures team maintains and strives to exceed production standards for efficiency as well as meeting deadlines.
- Insures finished, painted material is accurately documented and accounted for.
- Responsible for management of team including a detailed account of production labor hours captured.
- Responsible for training and development of team to be accomplished through effective and constant communication during work shifts and company review process.
- Maintains a safe working environment (by practicing, reviewing and investing in conversations about safe practices and job procedures).
- Improves Efficiency, Productivity and Employee Engagement by working collaboratively, thinking creatively and providing innovative suggestions.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years related experience Including previous supervisory experience in warehouse, paint, and/or 3PL environment
- Advanced computer skills
- College degree or certification in related field preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
