With a reputation for excellence and being voted one of the region's Best Places to Work for eight consecutive years, we are looking for a Construction Project Manager who is responsible for managing large commercial projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Plan, organize, schedule, and monitor all work activities related to assigned projects.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with trade superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project milestones.
- Daily Operations: Handle scheduling, subcontractor coordination, safety documentation, quality control, cost controls, resource management, and material procurement.
- Client Relationship: Cultivate effective relationships with clients and design teams.
- Safety Coordination: Maintain a safe, healthy, and accident-free work environment on project sites.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Senior Project Manager on project progress.
- Pre-Construction: Involved in cost estimation, design evaluation and meetings, document compliance, and permitting.
- Project Documentation: Read and understand project documents, shop drawing coordination, issue resolution, and document management.
- Financial Management of Project: Establish and maintain job cost control.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues that may impact project delivery.
To be successful in this role:
- A two- or four-year degree in construction management with 2 years of construction experience or 8 years of experience in commercial construction.
- Excellent communication skills are a must. You’ll interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders, so being a great communicator is key.
- Superior problem-solving abilities. When challenges arise, you are the one who dives in, analyzes, and finds solutions.
- Strong relationship management skills. You will collaborate with everyone-from the crew on-site to top level management.
- Be proactive, take ownership of tasks and strong follow through are essential.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Suite and Adobe Acrobat. Knowledge with Sage Timberline is a bonus.
- A valid driver’s license.
