What You’ll Do
As the Director of Marketing & Communications, you’ll be the creative force behind our organization’s branding, promotion, and outreach strategies. You’ll work closely with our Chief Development & Communications Officer, lead our marketing team, and collaborate with local communities, stakeholders, and media outlets to elevate our message. From designing impactful campaigns to expanding our digital presence, your efforts will play a key role in driving support and enhancing our reach across multiple locations.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of our annual marketing and communications plan.
- Craft compelling content and oversee print, digital, and multimedia projects.
- Manage and grow our social media channels, website, and other digital platforms.
- Ensure consistent and cohesive messaging that aligns with our mission and values.
- Represent the Club at community events, serving as a primary media contact.
- Collaborate with our Resource Development and Corporate team to create impactful campaigns and fundraising materials.
- Build strong relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners.
- Oversee media relations, including press releases, media kits, and promotional materials.

What You’ll Bring:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Public Relations, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing and communications, ideally in the nonprofit sector.
- A high level of written and verbal communication skills to engage with donors, volunteers, and other stakeholders.
- Expertise in Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, and social media management.
- A detail-oriented, mission-focused mindset that thrives in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Experience in creating and managing marketing campaigns, digital assets, and media outreach.
- Knowledge of nonprofit marketing techniques is a plus!
