We are seeking a veteran Dispatcher to work closely with our Plumbing and HVAC techs, as dispatcher you will be setting up calls, debriefing technicians and helping technicians with any issues that arise for them. Sometimes, you will be backing up CSR as the inbound call taker. You will play an integral role in developing a good relationship and helping to solve any comfort issues that our customers have.

REQUIREMENTS

Ability to show active listening while recording information at the same time through typing

Organization and an ability to multi-task
Genuine care for other people and employees
Basic computer knowledge, example:  word, PowerPoint, excel
Dispatching experience must be in Service Industries (example…Plumbing, Electrical or HVAC)

Experience in the services industry is A MUST

Previous work history on SERVICE TITAN or other dispatching software is NECESSARY
Inbound call taking for a service company PREFERRED but not required

Bilingual is a PLUS!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES  INCLUDE (but are not limited to)

• Punctuality and Dependability
• Scheduling incoming jobs to the job board
• Coordinating HVAC dispatch board
• Provide daily and weekly reporting to management as directed
• Perform Tech Debrief and analyze each job
• Help with the management of the Membership Program
• Batching of incoming invoices from technicians
• Various projects given from Service Managers
• Fill boxes with appointed materials for technicians
• Empty and process job invoices received in technician boxes
• Back up CSR as inbound call taker
