We are currently looking to hire Assistant Project Managers who will be highly skilled and knowledgeable regarding the proper installation of commercial water and wastewater piping systems and possess at least 5 years' experience 
in project assistance. This position start date is anticipated to be in March/April of 2024.


Assistant Project Manager’s Responsibilities:
• Provide technical on-site assistance on projects to superintendent in the field
• Identify conflicts between specs and drawings and present solutions
• Draft RFIs, Change Orders and perform Submittal review
• Provide input for job costs reviews and updating
• Assist superintendent in field verifying dimensions and with layout
• Manage the Risk Log
• Maintain professional relationship with all project stakeholders
• Review project meeting minutes for accuracy
• Identify Safety hazard onsite and inform superintendent or competent person
• Report to VP, work under general direction

Assistant Project Manager’s Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years in project assistance
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, allied field, engineering, or equivalent experience
• OSHA 30 Certification 
• A general understanding in wastewater, landfill, and industrial applications experience
• A general understanding of wastewater process and typical water and wastewater equipment (clarifiers, filters, 
UV, blowers, aeration systems, mixers, gates, metals, structural steel)
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of Mechanical, Architectural, Civil and Structural drawings
• Excellent scheduling and costing skills
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
