Pacific Coast Trane is currently hiring a Warehouse Coordinator in our San Jose warehouse to perform various tasks related to accurate receipt, staging, storage, transfer, and delivery of HVAC parts and equipment.
SUMMARY
Responsible for the coordination of the stores on-site activities, managing receipt, stocking, and shipping of products; staging and delivering customer orders; and all purchasing transactions with Trane and local vendors.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Responsible for staging, shipping and receiving parts, equipment

Responsible for inventory

Enters inventory into software

Practices safe material handling

Filing of M/S’s, freight bills of lading, equipment packing slips, for inventory reconciliation and audit purposes

Responsible for filing of freight claims

Manages receipt, inspecting, and stocking

Identifying and disposing of excess and obsolete inventory, and maintaining system inventory

Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required
QUALIFICATIONS
- Forklift Certified

High school diploma or GED

Minimum of six months of warehouse experience
- Basic math and computer skills

Able to stand on feel all day and perform repetitive motions (reaching, grasping, carrying, climbing, etc.)
