Branch Manager For Recruiting/Staffing Career Available!

Pay: $50,000.00 -$60,000.00 DOE with Incentives & Bonuses

Full Time 7 am to 5 pm

Monday- Friday 

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the branch, including sales, customer service, and administrative tasks.
- Supervise and provide guidance to branch staff, including training and performance evaluations.

Skills:

- Sales indoor and outdoors, emailing customers, calls, follow ups, client relationship building.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with staff, clients, and stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of financial management principles.- Project management skills to effectively plan, execute, and monitor branch initiatives.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
