THE POSITION:

You’ll lead and support the implementation, management, and continuous improvement of our business systems—CMiC, Procore, Sage, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 tools. Your focus: help teams work smarter by optimizing how we use tech, streamlining processes, and turning scattered data into useful insights.

You’ll be the go-to for system-related questions and also roll up your sleeves to redesign processes, automate tasks, and support major initiatives. You’ll need to toggle between helping a user troubleshoot a SharePoint issue one day, and designing a scalable workflow with Power Automate the next.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Systems Ownership

· Act as subject matter expert for CMiC, Procore, Sage, SharePoint, and integrated platforms.

· Manage user roles, permissions, security settings, and configurations across systems.

· Train users, create SOPs, and support adoption across departments.

Data & Automation

· Use Power BI to build dashboards and visualize trends.

· Use Power Automate and Power Apps to eliminate manual work and build scalable workflows.

· Monitor system usage and performance to find opportunities for improvement.

Process Optimization

· Analyze how things get done today—identify the gaps, then rebuild better workflows.

· Lead cross-functional process improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar tools.

· Set KPIs, track progress, and ensure process changes stick.

Project Support

· Lead or contribute to strategic initiatives across departments.

· Run working sessions, map out business needs, and help turn them into system or process changes.

· Keep timelines, owners, and outcomes clear.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· 2–6 years’ experience working in program management, process management, or process improvement

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related

· Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint)

· Hands-on experience with at least one of the following: CMiC, Sage

· Strong documentation skills—SOPs, system guides, process maps

· Familiarity with ERP systems and IT governance

· Bonus: understanding of databases, data modeling, or automation frameworks

· Sharp communication skills and a bias toward action
