In addition to our core construction labor services, we are expanding our janitorial and building maintenance divisions.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Associate to help drive growth across our core construction services, janitorial, and building maintenance divisions. Position Summary: The Outside Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with current clients, and driving revenue growth in our construction, janitorial, and building maintenance divisions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in outside sales, proficiency in estimating, specifically in the construction, building maintenance, or janitorial industries. This candidate would be proficient in using Procore software to manage projects and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction, building maintenance, and janitorial sectors.
• Estimate cleaning and general labor bids.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, including general contractors, building owners, and property managers.
• Present and sell our services (construction labor, janitorial, and maintenance services) to prospective clients, effectively communicating the benefits and value we offer.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure service delivery meets or exceeds client expectations.
• Manage the sales pipeline using Procore, tracking leads, opportunities, and project progress.
• Develop and deliver customized proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
• Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings to promote our services.
• Provide regular sales reporting and forecasts to leadership.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of outside sales experience required, preferably in construction, building maintenance, or janitorial services.
• Proven experience in generating new business and maintaining client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of the construction industry and related services (labor, cleanup, maintenance).
• Proficient in Procore software for managing projects and client interactions.
• 2 years minimum of estimating experience required, preferably in construction, building maintenance, or janitorial services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits within the Greater Puget Sound region.
