IMCOR is looking for an HVAC & Plumbing Estimator to join our team and contribute to our legacy of excellence in designing, building, and maintaining Arizona’s mechanical systems since 1974. What You’ll Do

✔ Estimate with Precision – Perform detailed job take-offs to ensure profitability while delivering exceptional value to clients.
✔ Engage with Clients – Build lasting relationships by understanding client needs and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
✔ Leverage Technology – Utilize FastDUCT, FastPIPE, and other estimating software for accurate calculations and projections.
✔ Support Project Management – Assist in proposal drafting, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and preliminary scheduling.
✔ Market Research – Stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and emerging technologies.
✔ Collaborate & Innovate – Work both independently and within a team environment to achieve success.
✔ Handle Additional Responsibilities – Take on duties related to estimating and project execution as needed.

What You Bring to the Table

✅ Experience & Technical Expertise:

• 3-5 years of experience in estimating, project management, or mechanical construction (or 7-10 years of equivalent education & experience).
• Proficiency with estimating software – FastDUCT & FastPIPE preferred.
• Strong understanding of Mechanical Codes and the ability to interpret bid documents accurately.
• Experience with larger projects and design-build environments is a plus.

✅ Skills & Attributes:

• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills to perform material and equipment takeoffs.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage high-volume projects under tight deadlines.
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
