ANDRES is currently accepting applications for a Construction Project Scheduler opening.

Project Scheduler Education and Experience Requirements:

-College degree preferred but not required

-5+ years of project scheduling experience (projects in excess of $50M)

-Technology literate/proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Project, Word, Excel)

Project Scheduler Responsibilities (not limited to):

-Facilitate and drive the process of detailed schedule development from pre-construction to construction

-Effectively communicate with Pre-Construction/Estimating and project management

-Ensure that the schedule is prepared and maintained in compliance with contract requirements

- Develop major milestones, activities, approvals, long lead item procurement and other critical project deliverables to be scheduled and tracked for the projects

- Develop schedule constraints and realistic activity durations

- Provide scheduled reports for contract coordination and reporting purposes

- Interact with the project staff and client to update schedule with procurement dates of material and equipment

- Interact with the project team, managers, and superintendents to define scope of work to develop and update detailed schedules

- Evaluate project schedule progress and performance, as well as identify problem areas

- Assist project team to develop and maintain periodic status reports to keep management informed on project progress

- Ability to manage multiple projects and different project teams at once
