💥 What You'll Do:

  • 🔧 Installation Work: Help with pivot, pump, and pipeline installation – hands-on, physical work that makes a real impact.
  • 🚛 Equipment Handling: Safely operate and assist with heavy and light equipment depending on the job.
  • 📦 Material Management: Move, secure, and unload materials and tools on-site.
  • 🛠️ Special Tasks: Perform specialized tasks that may require on-the-job training.
  • 👷 Safety First: Maintain all safety standards to keep the workplace secure and efficient.
  • 💪 Get Moving: Lots of physical activity, including lifting up to 100 pounds and staying active on the job.

💼 Work Schedule & Conditions:

  • Monday – Friday: Typical hours from 7:00 am – 6:00 pm (with some Saturday work as needed).
  • Outdoor Work: Be ready to work in all weather conditions, and sometimes travel out of town for projects.
  • Extended Hours: Flexibility required for possible overtime and extended hours depending on the job.

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

  • 📚 Education: High school diploma is a plus.
  • 💪 Physical Strength: Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and perform physical tasks.
  • 💬 Communication: Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with your team.
  • 🛠️ Equipment Experience: Previous experience in construction or the irrigation industry is a bonus.
  • 🚗 Valid Driver’s License: Must be able to safely operate vehicles and equipment.
  • 🛑 Safety Awareness: Ability to read safety warnings and stay vigilant about safety on the job.
