What You’ll Be Doing:

🚜 Travel Around Montana: Spend your days in the field, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing center pivot irrigation systems and pump controls.
⚙️ Get Your Hands Dirty: Perform maintenance on a variety of agricultural irrigation equipment and use GPS and electrical systems knowledge to make repairs.
🛠️ Work Independently: Manage your time effectively while working in the field to complete tasks and meet customer needs.
🔧 Follow Safety Standards: Ensure all repairs and services are performed with safety and quality as top priorities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Mechanical Aptitude or agricultural background (we’ll provide the training!)
  • Experience with electrical components, pump controls, or welding is a plus, but not required
  • Clean driving record is mandatory
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Detail-Oriented & Organized: Able to multitask and prioritize while ensuring high-quality results
  • Customer-Centric: Ability to provide excellent service and communicate effectively with customers
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve irrigation system issues
  • Strong Communication Skills: Effectively relay technical information to both customers and team members
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in dynamic and fast-paced environments
  • Mechanical & Technical Skills: Experience working with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical systems
  • Time Management: Ability to independently manage tasks and meet deadlines
