What You’ll Do:

• 🌾 Grow Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
• 📈 Sales Growth: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas while promoting our full range of products and services.
• 💡 Customer Focus: Identify the unique needs of customers in the agricultural and water well industries and match them with the right solutions.
• 🗣️ Collaborate: Communicate effectively with customers, internal teams, and management to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
• 🎯 Targeting New Business: Expand our customer base by proactively networking and identifying potential new clients in Williston and surrounding areas.
• 🔍 Stay Knowledgeable: Develop expertise in pivot construction, maintenance, and water well systems to serve our customers effectively.

What We’re Looking For:

• ✅ Experience: At least one year of experience in agricultural sales (bonus if you’ve worked with irrigation or water well systems).
• 🚗 Valid Driver’s License: You’ll be out in the field, meeting with customers, so a valid driver’s license is required.
• 💬 Strong Communication Skills: Ability to talk to anyone, break down complex information, and keep customers engaged and satisfied.
• 🧠 Problem Solving Skills: You’ll need to quickly identify customer needs and come up with the best solutions.
• 📊 Tech-Savvy: Must be comfortable with word processing and spreadsheets to track your progress and customer interactions.
