Precipart is looking for a Design Engineering Intern to join our Engineering team. As a Design Engineering Intern, you will gain knowledge in the mechanical design of components and assemblies for medical and aerospace applications.

Summer Internship Opportunity

10 Weeks: Monday, June 9, 2025 through Friday, August 22, 2025

Hours: 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:

To support the department in updating existing test equipment previously designed for Assembly
Assist the department in streamlining the current design process via automation of programs with Microsoft Office products and KissSoft
To support the department for time tracking analysis

Requirements:

Preferred Major: Bachelors of Science, Mechanical Engineering
Solid understanding of mechanical engineering and design
Strong use of Microsoft Office suite of products ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Programming experience in Visual Basic C++ would be preferred
General use of SolidWorks would be preferred
