About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, collaborative professional with a positive attitude to partner with project executives and business development leaders in securing exciting projects. You will coordinate pursuits, craft compelling proposals and presentations, and ensure a winning approach from start to finish. Working closely with other Marketing Coordinators and Marketing Manager, you will identity key project angles, enhance pursuit strategies, and protect the Choate brand across proposals, social media, and events. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage workloads efficiently, and a willingness to collaborate across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Material Creation & Brand Management
- Produce qualification packages, proposals, leave-behinds, presentations, and marketing collateral to drive client development and brand awareness.
- Track project milestones and oversee final photography, including shot list development, scheduling, and working with photographers.
- Manage and organize photography assets within a digital asset management system.
Marketing Strategy & Organization
- Align tasks and timelines with Choate’s overall market strategy.
- Utilize project management tools to prioritize and manage marketing tasks.
- Implement company branding best practices and templates, collaborating with the Manager of Brand & Graphic Design.
Building Relationships & External Exposure
- Collaborate with Choate’s Communications team to produce content for social media and internal platforms.
- Serve as a point of contact with clients’ marketing and business development teams for joint submissions and event support.
- Support events, including tradeshows, jobsite client events, and recruiting efforts by coordinating collateral, organizing teams, and driving social media posts.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in A/E/C industry marketing within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Experience with RFQs, RFPs, and coordinating proposal submissions.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to multitask, stay organized, and collaborate effectively with key team members.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign (required) and familiarity with Adobe CC Suite, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- CRM software experience to track and report on pursuit pipelines and leverage data effectively.
- Office-first role with occasional visits to job sites for content development, client events, and project photography.
- Approximately 90% office-based and 10% field-based.

Pay range and compensation package:
Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
