Real Estate Admin – Next Door Real Estate Team at RE/MAX Revolution

We’re a top-performing real estate team in the Des Moines area, recognized for excellence in residential sales. We help clients buy and sell homes and investment properties.

 

Your Role

We’re looking for a proactive admin to ensure a smooth client experience from property search to closing. Key tasks include:

  • Organizing and managing client data.
  • Creating social media posts and optimizing online web presence.
  • Handling communication and supporting tasks like pop-bys.

 

Requirements

  • Experience with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram).
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, Google Suite and Microsoft Outlook
  • Valid driver’s license and availability for at least 30 hours/week.

 

Bonus Skills

  • Knowledge of Sierra CRM, Trello, MLS systems, or prior real estate experience (e.g., Broker, Agent, Closer, Admin).
  • Bilingual
