Talent Acquisition Manager

ROLE:

The most important aspect of this job is assisting with employee hiring for the plant. This role coordinates and administers a variety of programs and activities which will include: supporting career events, interviewing and hiring for open positions, assist in translation, conduct stay interviews, processing a variety of paperwork and confidential information, handling employee questions and concerns, assisting with training/translation, etc. This is not an exhaustive list of duties and functions, but instead is meant to be a brief summary of main functions.

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Degree in Human Resources or similar field preferred
  • Bilingual and able to read, write and speak Spanish proficiently
  • Experience in employee relations or management preferred
  • Great communication skills needed – listening, written, verbal
  • Must possess organizations skills - multi-tasking, prioritizing
  • Skilled in computer use (including MS office, AS/400, internet, e-mail, etc.)
  • Ability to work variety of hours across all shifts as needed
  • Willing to develop and prepare to take on future HR manager role within WF
