DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a detail-oriented and people-focused Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle—from sourcing candidates to guiding new hires through a smooth and engaging onboarding experience. You’ll play a key role in building strong teams and shaping a positive first impression of our company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs.
- Create and post job descriptions on internal and external platforms.
- Source candidates via job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate candidate records.
Onboarding
- Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation.
- Coordinate background checks, references, and employment eligibility verification.
- Organize new hire orientation and training schedules.
- Ensure new hires are equipped with necessary tools, technology, and access.
- Serve as a point of contact for new employees during their first weeks.
- Collect feedback and continuously improve the onboarding experience.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting, onboarding, or general HR support.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms.
- Passion for delivering great candidate and employee experience.
Pay : $25 /hr.
